Project transformation situation

The hydraulic presses are not equally spaced, and there is a gap of 2-3 meters between adjacent ones. When the linear production is not saturated, it can carry out single-machine multi-mold in-mold three-dimensional production to improve the utilization rate of the press. The labor efficiency is 2 per minute. The mold change is a manual mold change method, the operating position is on the mold, and the robot must be able to give way to avoid the air when changing the mold. When the robot is out of production, it cannot affect manual production.

The truss robot structure newly developed by Sanlian is adopted, and the Gogo system is integrated. Full-line closed production, the production efficiency has been increased to 5.5 pcs/min. The project has been in stable production for 3.5 years. It
